Pricing
The goal of our pricing structure is to make our solution the most cost-effective
solution to the operational challenges of education services of all sizes. We also
want you to be able to choose the features that you need without having to pay for
the ones you don't.
Core Service
We charge for our service monthly, just like a utility, such as electricity, gas,
or water. The monthly fee is comprised of a base amount and a per-student-hour usage
fee.
Monthly Base Fee
The base amount for a month of service is $98. In months when you are not
providing services to students (e.g. summer vaction) this is the only fee you will
be charged. This fee covers all of your use of the system not covered by the monthly
usage fee or fees for additional modules.
Monthly Usage Fee
Because education services come in a variety of sizes from small home tutoring services
to large multi-state corporations it doesn't make sense to charge them all the same
price regardless of usage volume. For this reason we charge a monthly usage fee
based on the number of student hours performed. Our usage fee is an industry lowest
29¢ per student hour. Because we charge you on the same metric that
your revenue is based on it is extremely easy to calculate your budget.
Additional Modules
Our add-on modules contain functionality that may not be applicable to all education
services. In order to provide the best solution without charging some customers
for features they'll never use we charge for them separately.
Instructor Communications
Make sure your instructors are getting your messages by sending them through our
application. Post documents and hyperlinks to keep your staff informed. Maintain
your own Frequently Asked Question list to minimize the time you spend answering
the same questions. All for just $29 a month.
Resource Scheduling (Beta)
If your organization owns assests that are used by your instructors or students
and must be scheduled, such as computer testing carrels, library materials, or conference
rooms, you need this module. Extremely powerful and flexible, this module makes
managing your limited resources a breeze. While it's in beta (i.e. until we eliminate
any remaining bugs) there is absolutely no charge for using this module.
