  1. Who is EliteSES?
  2. We are a small company founded specifically to provide an effective and comprehensive solution to the challenges facing Supplemental Education Service Providers today. The EliteSES team has been providing services to SES providers for more than three years.
  3. What is EliteSES?
  4. EliteSES is a subscription-based service that allows SES providers to keep all of their student and instructor data in a central location, accessible from any internet-enabled computer, by anyone you grant access. There is no software to install or keep updated. Simply log into the web portal we provide you to manage all of your mission critical information. With EliteSES, your entire organization will spend less time on tedious, administrative tasks, leaving valuable time to effectively manage your business.
  5. Who typically uses EliteSES?
  6. The portal is accessed by management, administrative staff and instructors. The instructors can enter all their student meeting and progress data directly into the software to be reviewed and accepted by management or staff. This eliminates the double entry and human error inherent in passing paper forms from instructor to admin staff to accounting, etc… With EliteSES, your real-time data is accessible to everyone in your organization from any internet-enabled computer, any time day or night.
  7. Is EliteSES just for NCLB SES providers?
  8. No, it is designed for all supplemental education providers including, adult education/literacy centers, exam preparation
  9. How do I access my company’s data?
  10. You can access your company’s data through any browser. A unique web address will be given to you. We can also work with you to integrate our system into your existing intranet.
  11. Do the instructors see the same information as a manager does?
  12. There is a different user interface for managers and instructors. When a user logs into the system they are shown just the information and functionality they need to accomplish their assigned tasks. We don’t just turn off buttons or information fields. Each user interface is designed to give the most intuitive experience possible for every user. Instructors see only what is relevant to their workflow. Once a student has been assigned to an instructor by the provider, the instructor can access their students’ data, create and edit learning plans, contact information, contact log, attendance records, and assessment scores. Instructors can also access reports and provider specific forms.
  13. Is my data secure?
  14. We host our data on secure and redundant off-site servers. We use one of the largest hosts in the US to help ensure your data is safe.
  15. How much does it cost?
  16. We know you don't like surprises, so we keep our pricing very straight forward. We charge a low initial set-up fee and then we bill you monthly for service based on your level of usage. Your monthly subscription fee is based on the number of monthly instructional hours completed. This means that your cost is always proportionate to your revenues making it easy for you to manage.   17. What if I want to discontinue service?
  18. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice
  19. What about training?
  20. Extensive help and training information is built right into the system. This minimizes the amount of time you must spend training instructors and other users. As part of your initial set-up process you will receive up to eight hours of training. Additional training can be purchased as needed.
  21. What is EliteSES’s support policy?
  22. We are dedicated to our customers' success, and especially to their successful use of our service. We have full-time technical support staff to ensure your success. Built right into the system is a technical support request feature which we use to make sure we are as responsive as possible to your needs.
  23. What is the cancellation policy for EliteSES?
  24. You may discontinue your service for any reason if you are unsatisfied within 60 days of the date your service was activated for a full refund (minus the non-refundable setup fee). After the initial 60 days, you may cancel any time by giving 30 days written notice.
  25. In the event I decide to cancel, what happens to my company data?
  26. Your company data is yours. In the event that you decide to cancel your subscription, your company data will be promptly provided to you in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.
